Today the family design, project manage, problem solve, invent and hand build furnishings and finishing exclusively for RMR Homes. WARRANTIES
We uniquely provide a 10 year warranty on all our extensions, loft conversions and cabinetry. Regulations only require this level of warranty for new builds and roofing, but we are confident in the quality of our work and our customers tell us that they appreciate the peace of mind. Just another way that we go above and beyond for you.

Our Managing Director Raki will come to your home and create a design incorporating your property style, personal possessions and unique taste, using creative ways to achieve your dream within your budget. The design will achieve planning permission and be compliant with building regulations.
Whilst we’re dealing with planning approval on your behalf we use Computer Aided Design (CAD), to model what it will look like, allowing you to ‘walk through’ your new home and make decisions on the final look and aesthetic details before we even start building.

Our expert builders work quickly, safely and tidily on your project every day – no disappearing subcontractors. Whether it’s removing or adding walls, or the parts you can’t see: plumbing, drainage, central heating and electrical, everything is performed quickly and professionally by an in-house team as part of your overall build budget.
Every element of joinery and cabinetry that we put into your home is handmade, just for you, in our Berkshire workshop by third generation family craftsmen. We create bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, larders, laundry rooms, bedrooms, studies, media rooms, children’s rooms and freestanding furniture, all with a ten year warranty.

This project was a complete remodel of the house I had purchased. I obviously had my own ideas but was also very open to the ideas put forward by Raki and The Team at RMR Homes, these were inspirational in design and well researched from a practical point of view too. Their process included providing Architectural Drawings, gaining Planning Permission, which is in a Conservation Area, providing detailed interior CAD drawings for each floor of the house and each individual room. RMR source, manufacture and fit everything themselves which meant for me I was dealing with one point of contact – A One Stop Shop!

The builders are amazing, very professional and the brick walls are just perfect. A great renovation without losing too much of the Victorian characteristics.

RMR homes undertook a complete refurbishment of our home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They have transformed our home into a wonderful family space that beautifully fits our needs as a family.
The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail is exceptional. We worked together on all the elements from the plans and structural changes through to the finishing touches of door handles, paint colours and light fittings. They really understood the look and feel we wanted to create. Unlike many other building projects of this nature, we encountered very few bumps in the road – in general it was a smooth and easy process throughout the work and everything was completed to an incredibly high standard.
